Here are some Sixthreezero bike reviews. Enjoy 🙂
Sixthreezero has some seriously nice cruisers. They're an excellent way to spend a day near the beach.
There's so many to choose from it would be nice if the best were all in one place.
Well, now you don't have to spend hours searching, as I've put together this guide to help you decide your favorite. Good aren't I!
If you're in a hurry and don't have time to read the guide, I'd choose the EVRYjourney as my favourite cruiser.

Who Should NOT Invest In A Sixthreezero Bike?
The first thing you need to ask yourself before getting a Sixthreezero is what type of riding are you going to be doing?
The cruiser ride is long, low and laid back. Excellent!
But there's a catch:
Everything from the seating position to the handlebars is built for comfort; this makes handling difficult and cycling fast impossible
The bike is heavy, and the tires are like balloons which will slow you down even more.
That's not all:
Cruisers are also massive, so you need to make sure you have decent space to store the bike.
Who SHOULD Invest In A Sixthreezero Bike?
As you can probably tell, you won't be going anywhere fast on the cruiser, BUT that's because they're built to feel like you're cycling from your sofa.
The bouncy tires will be able to glide over anything. Bone shaking cobbles will now feel like nothing more than a gentle massage, and the heavy weight helps you feel sturdy as you roll along the pavements.
With a beach cruiser, bone-shaking cobbles will feel like nothing more than a gentle massage.
The bottom line:
If you know you want slow, easy riding, then cruisers are the ideal option.
What Kind Of Ride Do You Get With A Sixthreezero?
So, what's the real story:
While on holiday I rented out a Sixthreezero for a few days and loved it. I had an "Around The Block" traditional cruiser which comes with one gear and pedal backwards coaster brakes.
I used my bike to roll to the shops when I'd ran out of ice for my drink.
I liked it. I liked it a lot! I would slowly cruise down the road taking in the sites with the sun on my face.
I'm from England, so this was a real novelty to me!
Handling was like a mule so I'd be wary of riding one in traffic, and it was incredibly slow which I think would get annoying for rides over 1hr.
However, if I lived in an area that suited a type of casual riding, I would invest.

Things You Should Watch Out For Before Investing
A proper cruiser has only one gear, but they often come in other varieties. Make sure you have the correct number of gears selected before you make a purchase.
Also important to remember is that most of the Sixthreezero Bikes come in one size. So, if you're anything outside average (5ft 4" - 6ft 2") you'll struggle to get comfortable. I'm 6ft 2" and the seat could have gone a little higher to be perfect.
Make sure you take note of the additional components the bike has. For example, the "Around The Block" model has a bike rack for panniers but no fenders. Additions would need to bought separately, and they can be a pain to fit.
Look at what the bike has fitted to it and make a choice that's best for you and your riding requirements.
Some Alternatives You Might Consider.
If your set on a cruiser the Sixthreezero is a great choice, but there are other brands out there worth mentioning.
Sixthreezero vs Firmstrong
Sixthreezero's closest competitor is Firmstrong. With their best selling bike being the Firmstrong Urban. It has the lowest pricing point in the range and has proven to be very user-friendly over the years.
You can get it in 1 or 3 speeds, and it comes with all the bells and whistles like the best Sixthreezero's do.
However, if saving money is the most important thing for you then go for a Firmstrong.
They're still a great brand, but Sixthreezero uses higher quality components, including more comfier saddles and grips.
With closer attention to this aspect of the bike you'll find yourself with a smoother ride and a bike that lasts longer... all at a steeper price.
The choice is up to you.

Sixthreezero Bike Reviews
What makes the EVRY journey excellent is the additional features. It comes with a 7-speed internal hub, fenders, AND a bike rack.
This bike is one of the pricer ones in the review, but being fully loaded with extra components makes it one of the best value cruisers you can buy.
It gets better:
The low swooping frame means that it's incredibly easy to step in and out of. You can wear whatever you want without worrying about compromising leg positions.
I have had this for a week and already know I love it compared to my old bike. Who decided to take away fenders and chain guards? I haven't had them since I was a child! So glad to have them back; I no longer have to use pant leg clips and can ride on a wet road without getting a stripe up my back.
I recently moved back to the States from Holland and was looking for an affordable bike that was similar to my beloved Dutch bike. I have found it!
The bike was a breeze to assemble, and everything was adjusted correctly. The bike rides and handles great!
- Has every extra component you would need on a bike!
- Comes in a 7-speed which is excellent for hilly areas
- A low top tube makes it easy to step in and out of the bike
- The additional components will add extra weight overall.
- You may prefer the sleek look of a single speed cruiser.
- Not the cheapest bike in the review
If you're after a complete all out cruiser bike then Sixthreezeros Around The Block in the one to go for.
It's all black paint job with white walled tires is a classic, and the 1-geared design means that it's sleek and maintenance free.
Sixthreezero say the bike is perfect for cycling 20 miles or less. I'd say the low gearing means that 10 miles is the maximum you want to cycle this bike for.
That means that this bike is perfect for the casual jaunt to the beach, down bike paths or around a quiet town.
It's got a simple coaster braking system which means you just pedal backwards to glide to a stop.
Everything about this bike oozes simplicity, and that's why I love it!
Packaged great! Looks great too! Was debating between a Firmstrong and this ride. Ultimately picked this cruiser because of the flat black scheme, white walls, stance, and back rack.
Super Slick! Bike arrived fast and was a breeze to put together. I really like the cargo rack on the back. Tons of compliments already!!
I ordered this bike for my husband. It was very easy to assemble and it is good and sturdy. I can't wait for him to get out riding! Thank you for quick shipping and telling me who to contact with problems with assembly. I had none! It was that easy! Thanks!
- The flat black color schemes is one of the biggest selling points of this bike. sleek and elegant.
- Comes with a bike rack as standard. Excellent for placing all your stuff.
- One of the cheaper bikes in this guide. Great for those with a budget
- Simple gearing may not have enough range for people in hillier areas
- No additional fenders meaning the bike may not be the best to ride in wet conditions.
The beauty of the robust woman's 26-inch beach cruiser is that it comes with three different gear options (1, 3 and 7). if you go for the 7 gears the bike will be a littler heavier but you'll have more speed options.
The bike comes with some fenders so you can ride the bike in all sorts of weather conditions knowing that you'll stay clean.
However, there's no bike rack included so you'll need to purchase a basket or rack seperatly.
If looks are high up on your list of importance then this bike ticks all the boxes.
Want to know the best part:
The saddle and handlebar grips match! This combined with the orange and white sidewalls give it a really nice aesthetic overall.
Rides smooth, and the 3 speed is equipped with coaster brakes, which are preferable (safer, never wear out brake pads) than calipers.
Love this bicycle! Super cute and great quality! I was missing the rear reflector and the Sixthreezero company was very helpful and mailed it to me and I had it within a week! A beautiful bike from a great company! I couldn't be happier! 🙂
Love this bike. Easy assembly. Beautiful color with a little sparkle in the paint. Rides smooth.
- Great asthetic that will turn heads while cruising along.
- The choice of 3 different gear ranges (1, 3 and 7).
- Does not come with a bike rack fitted as standard.
- This is a top of the range cruiser and this is reflected in the price.
A lot of what makes a beach cruiser great is the look. Sixthreezero's In The Barrel has made it to the top men spot for this very reason.
It hasn't got the additional feautres like the EVRY journey, but it looks awesome.
Comes in a a 1-speeds for ultimate slickness or a 7-speed if you prefer more options from your gearing.
That's not all:
It's got balloon tires an extra wide saddle and dual springs. This means it'll absorb virtually any bump and pothole you come across giving you an incredibly comfy ride.
If you're a taller guy then this is the cruiser for you as it will fit people up to 6ft 4".
This is the third sixthreezero bike I've bought for my family, and we love every single one of them! They are easy to assemble, look great, and ride beautifully. I get many compliments and questions about where I bought this particular bike, and all my buddies love the comfortable fat-seat ride.
Very well built, hard to get seat just right. this bike will give you a work out due to only having one gear.
Great bike. A pleasure to ride and an eye turner. Takes a little more effort to assemble than stated but not inordinate.
- One of the best looking bikes here!
- Lots of features for additional comfort
- Will fit taller guys
- Lacking in features such as a fenders and a bike rack, so it wouldn't be a great commuter bike.
Here are a few commonly asked questions when it comes to people looking to purchase a new crusier. Take a look and see if any of these are questions you've asked yourself.
So you've just ordered your shiny new cruiser. What now? Does it turn up to your house fully assembled and ready to rock? Not quite.
Self-assembly is something that often gets missed off the listings. I'm afraid you'll have to put it together yourself. But not to worry.
They have some detailed instructions online.
You'll have to have a few tools handy and a little knowledge of bicycle mechanics would go a long way.
If you're not 100% sure, you can take it down to your local bike shop and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to lend you a hand.
Sixthreezero bike accessories
You can pimp your bike out with many accessories that don't have to be unique to this company.
However, you do need to be careful that everything is compatible with your bike. To be on the safe side you could take a look on the Sixthreezero website to see what they personally recommend.
That's all the FAQs for now. If more pop up in the future I'll be sure to add them to the list.
Until then, happy cruising!
